Sparks Youth Level 2 Team 11 & under

Burn Senior Level 3 Team 18 & under

Heat Open Level 6 Team 17 & Older

If you are still interested in one of these teams, please contact us asap!  Room is limited for our Senior Team.  We still have openings on our Flickers, Sparks and Heat Team!

Rochester Elite All Heat is the HOTTEST allstar team in Rochester! Rochester Elite has five competitive cheer teams. Our teams are built to motivate cheerleaders to become athletes in the sport of cheerleading.  We pride ourselves on training our cheerleaders and staff in the most current and proper techniques known in the cheerleading industry.  Come be a part of the All Heat family and experience cheerleading like never before.
